18-Year-Old Hayden Cooper Killed In Lewsiville, TX DUI Accident

Two brothers from Fulshear hit by Lewisville woman; 1 dead other hospitalized in critical condition

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, December 18 at around 8 PM in Lewisville Texas in the 400 block of Highland Drive. 18-year-old Hayden Cooper was killed after being struck by a car while walking on the sidewalk with his younger brother. The driver of the car 31-year-old Aaron Sims was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence. Hooper sadly died at the scene. Hoopers 12-year-old brother was taken to Children’s Medical Center in Dallas where he is in critical condition with a skull fracture, brain bleeding, a concussion, and a laceration to his forehead.
