Calderon-Goodman was injured in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 28 near Soap Lake. Authorities said a westbound Nissan Versa ran off the road, overcorrected, and crossed into oncoming lanes, striking her Dodge Dart. The Nissan driver was also hospitalized. The incident remains under investigation.
