18-Year-Old Elijah Major Killed In Spartanburg, SC Accident

Hit-and-run crash on Sha Lane

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, April 16th at about 7:00 AM in Spartanburg, South Carolina. 18-year-old Elijah Major was tragically killed by a hit-and-run driver in front of Sk8terz Family Fun Center on Sha Lane, about 2 miles from his home. Major was a standout student at Mundy's Mill High School, and was described by his family as big-hearted. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is actively pursuing the hit-and-run driver. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of this tragically young victim.
