18-Year-Old Carlton Keegan Killed In Scotts Valley, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 30th in Scotts Valley, California. 18-year-old Carlton Keegan sadly died when the vehicle that he was a passenger in crashed off Granite Creek Road. The Subaru, driven by an 18-year-old, traveled down an embankment and hit a tree. Keegan suffered major injuries and sadly died at Dignity Health Dominican Hospital. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
