Struck by Patrol Vehicle on Limonite Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on June 7 in Jurupa Valley, California, when 18-year-old King Blake was fatally struck by a Riverside County sheriff’s patrol vehicle. The incident happened around 11:14 p.m. on Limonite Avenue, east of Camino Real. Blake, a local resident, died from his injuries at the scene. Authorities have not confirmed whether the deputy was responding to a call or using emergency lights. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
