18-Year-Old Gage Yacoub Seriously Injured in Weaverville, CA Accident

Passenger hurt after Prius ran stop sign and collided with pickup

A tragic accident occurred on March 4 near Weaverville, California, when 18-year-old Gage Yacoub was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident at Little Brown Creek Road and State Route 299 just before 1 p.m. Authorities said a Toyota Prius driven by a 17-year-old ran a stop sign and collided with a Ford F-150. Yacoub was transported to Dignity Health–Mercy Medical Center in Redding for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families.
