A tragic accident occurred on June 28 in San Antonio, Texas, when 17-year-old Moncerrat Martinez was struck and killed while crossing South Military Drive at about 10:22 p.m. Authorities said the driver was allegedly racing another vehicle at the time. The suspect, Vynzell Edward McGarity, was arrested and charged. The investigation remains ongoing. We send thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
