A tragic accident occurred on October 19 in Bakersfield, California, when 17-year-old Mirian Stephanie Ramirez Masin was critically injured in a single-vehicle crash on Alfred Harrell Highway. One of the other victims was her twin sister, who suffered serious injuries. Masin died on October 23 at Kern Medical. A GoFundMehas been created to support her family. Authorities said the driver may face vehicular manslaughter charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
