Teen dies in single-vehicle crash at Broadway and Miller Street

A tragic accident occurred on June 7 in Santa Maria, California, when 17-year-old Nicolas Munoz-Gautreaux was among the occupants of a vehicle that crashed into a traffic signal at South Broadway and Miller Street. Authorities said Munoz-Gautreaux was pronounced dead at the scene along with four other teenagers. A sixth occupant was hospitalized in critical condition. The investigation is ongoing.
