17-Year-Old Layla Clemons Killed in West Sacramento, CA Accident

Struck at Jefferson Boulevard and Bevan Road

A tragic accident occurred on August 2 in West Sacramento, California, when 17-year-old Layla Chrissa Clemons was fatally struck by a vehicle. Around 9 p.m., Clemons and another teen were hit at Jefferson Boulevard and Bevan Road. Both died from their injuries. A 71-year-old Fair Oaks resident was arrested. Authorities are investigating.
