After a shift at a local Baskin Robbins, Ian and another teen were traveling in the 5600 block of Los Positas Road when their vehicle collided with a semi tractor trailer. The exact details of the crash were not immediately available. Sadly Ian, and his friends succumbed to injuries at the scene. The driver was transported to an area hospital where he too sadly died. There were no reported injuries to the truck driver.
