16-Year-Old Clarissa Lewis Killed In Menifee, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on December 11 in Menifee, California. 16-year-old Clarissa Lewis lost her life after the Tesla in which she was a front seat passenger crashed into a retaining wall on Old Newport Road. The driver lost control of the Tesla, struck a curb, and then left the roadway, eventually crashing into a tree and a brick wall. Lewis suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by Riverside County Fire Department paramedics.  An investigation into the crash remains underway by the Menifee Police Department. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
