A tragic accident occurred on August 9 in Walnut Creek, California, when 16-year-old Alina Safi, a Mount Diablo High School student, was killed in a head-on collision on Ygnacio Valley Road east of Oak Grove Road at 4:40 p.m. One of them was a juvenile who was injured along with three others. A GoFundMe page said Safi was remembered for her radiant smile, respectful nature, and dreams for a bright future. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
