Teen seriously hurt in hit-and-run

A tragic accident occurred on August 26 in Lincoln, California, when 15-year-old Kseniia Borisova was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident. According to police, Borisova was riding an electric scooter near Joiner Park when a gray truck struck her and another child. Borisova suffered leg and skull fractures and a liver laceration. The driver fled the scene. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim and her family.
