Moped rider dies after collision with truck at Bullard and Palm Avenues

A tragic accident occurred on May 1 in Fresno, California, when 13-year-old Dominiq Puentes was struck by a truck while riding a moped at the intersection of Bullard and Palm Avenues. Authorities said Puentes died at the scene. A passenger on the moped was critically injured and taken to a hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
