A tragic accident occurred on November 18 in Dana Point, CA, when 13-year-old Luis Adrian Morales-Pacheco was struck by a vehicle while standing on a traffic island near Park Lantern and Dana Point Harbor Drive. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he sadly died from his injuries. The driver fled but was later arrested in San Juan Capistrano for felony DUI and felony hit-and-run.
