Tragic accident that occurred on February 19 in St. Louis, Missouri. William Starr was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident near Mackenzie Road and Alpine Drive. Sadly, Starr was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver that struck him fled after the fateful accident. Authorities are actively pursuing the hit-and-run driver. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
