William Brent Smith was arrested on suspicion of intoxication assault after a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash in the 700 block of Convention Center Boulevard. Smith was booked into the Hidalgo County Jail on suspicion of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
