Tragic accident that occurred on July 1 in Charleston, South Carolina. Wilburn Clarence Sims was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident on the King Street Extension by what police believe is a silver sedan. The driver of the car fled the scene after the accident. The Charleston Police Department is investigating the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
