Tragic accident that occurred on January 11 in San Jose, California. Vincent Thien Thach died two weeks after being hit by a vehicle on Quimby Road. Thach was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries and passed away on Saturday. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
