Victor Vigil Involved in Contra Costa County, CA Accident

Incident happened near Willow Avenue and East 18th Street

A tragic accident occurred on April 22 in Contra Costa County, CA, when three people were injured after a wrong-way collision involving Victor Vigil. According to investigators, the incident started around 9:19 p.m. near Willow Avenue and East 18th Street in Antioch when deputies attempted to stop Vigil’s vehicle. The suspect fled onto Highway 160, crossing into northbound lanes. After the pursuit was terminated, the California Highway Patrol responded to a collision on the Highway 4 overpass. Vigil, 50, was determined to be involved in the crash. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims.
