Veronica Ashby was tragically killed in a two vehicle accident on Brewer Road and Route 96. The Harbert and William Smith College student was a backseat passenger in a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old. The vehicle ran a stop sign and struck a dump truck before hitting a passenger vehicle.
