Tina Garber was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident on Thompson Bridge Road. Garber was driving a Toyota Avalon when a southbound BMW X3 traveled into oncoming traffic and struck the front of the Toyota. Garber was critically injured and transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for treatment. The driver of the BMW was not hurt and was charged with failure to maintain lane.
