Tragic accident that occurred on January 14th in Harris, Texas. Timothy Smith was tragically killed when he was struck by a motor vehicle. Smith was transported to an area hospital where he was tragically pronounced dead. His cause of death was listed as multiple blunt-force injuries by the medical examiner's office.
