Tragic accident that occurred on November 23 in Concord, California. Thomas O’Connell was tragically killed in a crash with an alleged impaired driver at Oak Grove Road and Treat Boulevard. The driver has been charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, DUI causing serious bodily injury, hit-and-run with injury, and driving a motor vehicle while unlicensed in connection with the accident.
