Theresa Timmons Injured In Cortlandt, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on December 15 in Cortlandt, New York. Theresa Timmons was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident on Albany Post Road when a 2012 Toyota Prius attempted to illegally pass on the right shoulder and sideswiped a Subaru Forester. After impact, the Toyota careened into a utility pole and a tree before coming to a rest. 16-year-old Theresa Timmons, was severely injured and taken to Westchester Medical Center for treatment. Authorities say the incident remains under investigation and ask anyone with information to call them at 914-769-2600. A GoFundMe was created to assist with associated medical costs.
