Stephen Maginness Killed In Independence, MO Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on January 29 in Independence, Missouri. Stephen Maginness was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on Little Blue Parkway. A Buick crashed into an eastbound Dodge Dakota which sent the Buick into the intersection where it struck Maginness. Maginness was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The accident remains under investigation, but according to preliminary reports, the Buick had a red light at the intersection but failed to stop.
