Sheila Simeon was tragically killed when she was struck by two vehicles, including one that fled the scene. Simeon was walking in a crosswalk at 8600 Westheimer Road when she was first struck by a Kia Forte. She was then struck by a silver pick up truck that fled the scene. The Houston Police Department is actively searching for the hit-and-run driver, and anyone with information is urged to call the HPD’s Hit-and-Run Unit at 713-247-472 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
