Shara Shook was seriously injured when she was struck by a motorist while walking in the median along the 900 block of South Main Street. Shook was hit by a 2008 Dodge Ram driven by Donnie Eschedor. Eschedor was attempting a left turn out of Tireman Auto Service on South Main Street when he drove into the median and collided with Shook. Shook was transported to Wood County Hospital with significant injuries.
