Scotty Barker Killed In Columbia, AR Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on December 3 in Columbia, Arkansas. Scotty Barker lost his life when he was struck by a motorist along Route 98. “It was foggy that morning and when he was walking down the road someone might have hit him and thought it was a deer.” Barker's dog survived the crash and stayed with the victim. The accident remains under investigation by the sheriff's office. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
