Samantha Johnson killed in Brown County, TX Accident

Passenger in Ford Escort pushed into pasture

A tragic accident occurred on December 1 in Brown County, Texas, when 17-year-old Samantha Nell Johnson was struck and killed in a two-vehicle crash. A 2019 Freightliner Sprinter van collided with a 1996 Ford Escort, pushing it through a fence. The Ford driver, 64, and front passenger, 66, were seriously injured. The Freightliner driver, 23, sustained minor injuries. DPS is investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
