Suspected DUI driver kills coworker

A tragic accident occurred on May 23 in Hesperia, California, when 31-year-old Rudy Sanchezbat allegedly ran over and killed his coworker while under the influence. The incident happened around 6:22 p.m. on Caliente Road near Oak Hill Road. Sanchezbat and two coworkers had stopped their box truck when the fatal collision occurred as they returned to the vehicle. Authorities have submitted DUI and vehicular manslaughter charges to the District Attorney. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
