Tragic accident that occurred on June 13 in Fresno, California. Ruben Garcia died when he was struck by a motor vehicle while attempting to cross Central and Chestnut Avenues. Garcia was trapped beneath the truck and was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene. The driver remained at the scene to cooperate with investigators. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
