Roy Ward Killed In Johnston, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on June 13 in Johnston, North Carolina. Roy Ward lost his life in a collision along Interstate 40 when a tractor-trailer braked hard and jack-knifed. It struck 58-year-old Roy Dale Ward, and the driver fled from the scene. He was later captured by N.C. state troopers and charged on suspicion of felony hit-and-run, driving with a revoked license, and failure to maintain lane control.
