Rosevelt Vann Jr. was fatally injured when he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist while riding a bicycle along Albany Avenue. Vann was rushed to Saint Francis Hospital where he was sadly pronounced dead. Authorities continue to investigate the incident and note the vehicle involved is believed to be a black Infiniti sedan.
