Refujio Perez Arrested After Fatal Fresno County

A tragic accident occurred on July 19 near Sanger, California, when an 89-year-old man was killed after his parked vehicle was struck. The crash happened around 1:54 p.m. on Newmark Avenue. Refujio Perez, 59, was arrested for gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. The victim died at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
