Patrick Wiley was tragically struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in the 7500 block of Northwest 27th Avenue. Sadly, Wiley was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities later found the vehicle and charged the driver with leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death and attempting to tamper with physical evidence.
