Pamela Greening died in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 16th Street and Highway 35 Bypass. Greening was pronounced dead at the scene. On Monday, Michael Forsberg was arrested on two counts of manslaughter and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (vehicle). He was booked into the Aransas County Jail. The crash remains under investigation by Rockport police.
