Oscar Suarez Marquez Charged In Roslyn, NY Accident

Intoxicated driver crashes on Mineola Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on December 24th in Roslyn, New York.  A 21-year-old man was injured in an accident caused by alleged drunken driver, Oscar Fernando Suarez Marquez. He was charged with DWI in connection with the crash. According to Nassau Police, the crash occurred when a Nissan Pathfinder driven by Marquez struck a Toyota RAV4 on Mineola Avenue. The Toyota then hit the 21-year-old man, who was walking nearby. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
