One-Year-Old Madison Jones Killed In Fairfield, AL Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, December 19 at around 9:45 PM in Fairfield Alabama. One-year-old Madison Jones tragically died as a result of injury suffered from a rear end crash in the 5700 block of Valley Road and the intersection of commerce Avenue. Madison was a passenger in a Volkswagen that was struck from behind by a Dodge Ram while stopped at a traffic light. The Dodge was traveling at a high rate of speed. Madison had to be extricated from the car and was rushed to Children’s Of Alabama Hospital where she was sadly pronounced dead shortly after arrival. Two others involved in the crash were taken to an area hospital for treatment with non-life-threatening injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of this young victim.
