Tragic accident that occurred on March 4 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Olivia Kowalski lost her life after being struck by a hit-and-run driver while attempting to cross Nations Ford Road at the Interstate 77 interchange. She was hit by an SUV that fled onto the interstate. Olivia was pronounced dead at the scene. She leaves behind an 8-year-old son named Kayden. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
