Octavio Cruz Killed In Hot Springs, AR Accident

Two vehicle accident on Highway 270 and Blacksnake Road

Tragic accident that occurred on June 29 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Octavio Cruz tragically was killed in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 270 and Blacksnake Road when a 2008 Chevrolet HHR failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection and drove into the path of a Toyota. The front of the Toyota then struck the left side of the Chevrolet. Cruz, a passenger in the Chevrolet, sustained fatal injuries and passed away at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
