A tragic accident occurred on September 3 in Huntington Beach, California, when 35-year-old Miguel Angel Penalozagarcia of Santa Ana was killed in a motorcycle crash on Pacific Coast Highway near Warner Avenue. The collision happened around 12:15 a.m. when his Suzuki struck a guardrail, and another vehicle may have hit him before fleeing. A 27-year-old woman passenger was critically injured. Police are investigating the hit-and-run. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
