Mark Brotherton Killed In Salisbury, NC Accident

Hit and run on S. Main St

Tragic accident that occurred on December 29 in Salisbury, North Carolina. Mark Brotherton lost his life when his bicycle was struck by a hit-and-run driver in the 3600 block of South Main Street. Brotherton was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers said the suspect vehicle is possibly a 2008 to 2015 model Nissan Armada with damage to the right headlight area. Those with information are urged to contact the department. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
