Luciano Tapia Involved In Abilene, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on March 13 in Abilene, Texas. A 41-year-old man lost his life when the bicycle he was riding was struck by a hit-and-run motorist on South 14th Street. Sadly, the bicyclist was pronounced dead at the site of the crash. Investigators recovered evidence at the scene that led them to identify 28-year-old Luciano Tapia as a suspect. Tapia was subsequently located and charged with second-degree felony accident involving death. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
