Hit and run wreck along J St.

Tragic accident that occurred on June 6th in Tulare, California. Luciano Ruiz has been charged in a deadly hit-and-run accident when he struck and killed a 62-year-old man in the area of J Street near Tulare Avenue. Ruiz then fled the scene, according to authorities. The man, whose name hasn't been released, was rushed to the hospital, where he sadly passed away.
