Lonnie Fowler Killed In Chilton, AL Accident

Pedestrian struck on Interstate 65

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, December 25th in Chilton, Alabama. Lonnie Fowler was tragically struck and killed by a semi-truck that veered off Interstate 65. According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Fowler was conducting maintenance on his 2007 Dodge Nitro on the shoulder when a 2016 Kenworth tractor-trailer veered off the roadway and hit Fowler and his car. Fowler was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
