Tragic accident that occurred on August 24 in Clute, Texas. Leisha Walker was tragically struck and killed in a hit-and-run on Highway 288B. Sadly, Walker died at the scene. The driver allegedly fled after the accident but was apprehended by police a day later. The suspect has been charged with an accident involving death, a second-degree felony.
