Tragic accident that occurred on September 18 in Lewis, New York. Lance Smith died when the vehicle he was in was struck by another on County Route 12. A Dodge had been traveling north and failed to yield during a left turn onto County Route 12, leading to the collision. Smith was killed in the accident.
