Tragic accident that occurred on October 28 in Peoria, Illinois. Kobe Johnson lost his life when he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist. Kobe Johnson was found unresponsive in the roadway and transported to OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center. Despite resuscitative measures, he was pronounced dead. The investigation is being treated as a homicide. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
